Yes. The Gym Monster 2 provides up to

0.5kg increments. Because Active Digital Resistance eliminates
momentum, the resistance remains consistent throughout the movement.
Advanced training modes such as Eccentric Mode can also increase
resistance during the lowering phase of an exercise.
Is the Gym Monster 2 safe to use without a spotter?
The Gym Monster 2 features Spotter Mode, which is designed to help
reduce resistance when the system detects that you are struggling
during an exercise. This provides additional support when training
alone, although normal exercise safety precautions should always
