GRAVITY – LOW ROW

Built for elite back development, the Gravity Low Row combines a chest-supported posture with plate-loaded, iso-lateral arms to deliver a free-weight feel on a guided path. Adjustable seat and chest pad lock in alignment, while multi-position handles let you shift emphasis across lats, rhomboids, traps, and rear delts for complete upper-back coverage. The smooth lever system enables strict, full-range reps without lower-back strain, and the heavy-duty, low-maintenance design thrives in high-traffic commercial facilities. From beginners to athletes, this premium low row machine drives measurable strength, symmetry, and posture.
