The Price Promise DOES NOT apply to local or international online marketplaces where individuals (not LEGITIMATE RETAILERS) are selling products. This includes, but is not limited to, Facebook, Gumtree, OLX, and eBay.

The competitor must be a legitimate South African retailer, and the price match must include the cost of delivery.

The items up for comparison must be identical in brand, barcode, volume/weight.
The warranty/guarantee period must match that of the competitor’s product in every way.
The retailer in question must be a valid VAT-registered retailer—accredited by our suppliers as a reseller of the goods and brands in question.
