Products that are in stock will take 2 – 7 business days to deliver depending on your province and area. If you require equipment to be delivered and installed then delivery and installation times will be confirmed with you via email correspondence with one of our friendly sales consultants.

PRODUCTS THAT ARE ON PRE-ORDER

We will need to confirm lead-times on products that are on pre-order. If you have added products that are on pre-order to your cart please complete checkout/place your order. You won’t be asked to make a payment. After you click “Place Order” on the Checkout page, within 24 hours one of our sales consultants will contact you. You will be contacted to discuss lead-times and other details of your order.

How Does My Product Ship?

Active Lifestyle Solutions work with a few different courier companies, plus we have our own in-house delivery and installation teams.  We can quote you on delivery and installation into any location.

If you are located outside of Gauteng we have an established network of technicians that we work with to provide installation and after-sales assistance.  (all will be communicated and managed via our Head Office team so we always remain hands on)

All of our new products are flat packed and ready for transport, installation is offered on request.

How Can I Track My Shipped Order?

Once your order has been picked-up by the shipping carrier, we will provide you with a tracking number and will stay in touch regarding delivery times.

What Should I Do If My Product Arrives Damaged?

ALL ORDERS SHOULD ALWAYS BE INSPECTED PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE!

In event that your order was damaged in transit, make a note on the delivery note that the driver has with him/her.

If the damage is MINOR (e.g. cracked or dented covers, scratched paint, missing end caps, broken console, etc.) please make a note on the delivery note and ACCEPT shipment. Once signed for, please contact your Active Lifestyle Solutions representative so that we can replace or repair any parts issues and be reimbursed by the shipping carrier as per your delivery notes.

If the damage is MAJOR (e.g. cracked frame, bent steel, forklift punctures, or other extreme cases that would render a product unusable), you have the right to refuse delivery. Make sure to note all the outstanding issues on the carriers delivery note, and call us immediately, so that we can guide you through the process of receiving a replacement unit/store credit.

How Does My Order Come Packaged?

Most of our products are flat packed in cardboard boxes, or bubble wrapped. In most cases, products ship de-assembled.

For larger orders or full trailer loads, Active Lifestyle Solutions will blanket wrap your shipment and thoroughly secure all products to the shipping trailer floor.

Please note: Most new equipment orders come factory packaged and require simple assembly. If you would like to have a professional assembly, please contact us.

How Much Does Shipping Usually Cost?

Shipping costs are based on the volume, size and weight of your order and calculated on request.

Where Is My Order Shipping From?

Most orders will be shipped from Randburg or Pomona Warehouse. Some new equipment orders will be shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door. We will notify you of the shipment from location and estimated delivery date.

If you’d like to collect your order you’re welcome to as soon as your order is completed. We will contact you to schedule a convenient pick-up time and date.

Please notify the representative when placing the order, if you will be picking the order up.

You’re welcome to arrange your own courier if you can get a better rate than us.  We can provide you with the required dimensions to get your own quote.  If any damage during transit occurs after leaving our warehouse, you, the customer, would be responsible to contact the courier company and file the associated claims.

Is My Equipment Shipment Insured?

All equipment delivered by Active Lifestyle Solutions or our trusted courier companies is insured for the full sale value, (excluding shipping costs).
